Gt 5333Bl

Temperature transmitter designed for mounting in the sensor terminal head. It is equipped with one measuring input for resistance thermometers like Pt100, Pt1000 and one analogue  output in the range of 4...20mA. The temperature range as well as other parameters, e.g. sensor error detection are configured from the computer through dedicated software and a communication interface.

Head mounted temperature transmitter GT 5333BL

  • 1 measuring input, configurable for Pt100, Pt1000, Ni100, Ni1000 resistance sensors or R [Ohm] resistance
  • 2- or 3-wire sensor connection
  • Analogue output 4...20mA
  • Sensor error indication, programmable, NAMUR NE 43
  • Accurate process calibration option

Functionality

Basic temperature transmitter used in Pt100 or Pt1000 resistance thermometers with head. Converts the resistance signal from the sensor to a standardized 4...20mA current signal in the set range (e.g. 0...100oC). It also provides information on exceeding the set measuring range or short circuit / break in the sensor circuit through a defined output current value in the range from 3.5mA to 23mA. The adjustable response time allows suppression of unwanted instantaneous values, improving the further process of temperature regulation and monitoring.
