New equipment in our laboratory

Our PCA-accredited Temperature Measurement Laboratory has recently welcomed another addition to the advanced equipment that has been expanding our technical capabilities. This is part of an ongoing investment programme that will not only enable us to perform an even greater number of calibrations using state-of-the-art instrumentation, but also support the implementation of our European Union-funded project:

"Development and implementation of innovative solutions for the manufacturing and calibration of high-accuracy thermocouples compliant with AMS2750."

The current expansion of our metrology infrastructure includes:

• state-of-the-art 8.5-digit multimeters, providing exceptional measurement resolution and long-term stability,
• high-performance resistance bridges, enabling extremely high-accuracy calibrations,
• low- and medium-temperature calibration blocks, allowing efficient calibration across a wide temperature range,
• multi-zone high-temperature furnaces, ensuring outstanding temperature uniformity for demanding industrial applications,
• fixed-point cells, opening up new possibilities for validating measurement results and ensuring the highest level of metrological traceability.
